Q: Will this work in saltwater hot tubs?
A: No. Though Natural Spa will work in a salt water tub for a short time, your salt water tub is actually generating chlorine that will eventually oxidize out the Natural Spa treatment. It might only last a week or two. We recommend that you consider not adding salt to your tub and turning off the chlorine generator.

Q: What if I have a smaller tub (under 300 gallons)?
A: Natural Spa can work in smaller tubs, but contaminants may remain visible for a period of time since smaller tubs don't dilute pollutants as well. If you only use the tub once or twice a week then a smaller tub may be fine with Natural Spa. However, we recommend Mineral Spa for tubs under 350 gallons since it is a stronger product and will clear the water faster than Natural Spa.

Q: Can I use this with my existing filter?
A: Yes. Natural Spa works with all standard hot tub filtration systems. We don't recommend the blue anti-microbial filters or the ceramic micro filters. These filters clog with just about any type of water treatment you use. We recommend the standard white paper pleated filters.

Q: What happens if I run out before 2 months?
